I Am Female Of African Decent And Devt Hypertension Was

I am female of african decent and devt hypertension was given propanonol and changed to rampipril both of which are not effective. I was suprised not reccomended channel blockers. Now developed a bad cough with sour throat how can i relieve this naturally as i now cnt sleep.
