I Am Fighting Through Court Over My Older Son And

I am fighting through court over my older son and he has health problems
I need to know if these are not safe for him to take
my son has 3/4 of a heart my parents have my son, in 2011 they had my son on Depakote and celexa
and they have him on celexa, Lorazepam pantoprazole and pancrelipase
What's your opion over this? I know Depakote causes pancreatic enzyme deficiency
