I Am Finding That I Have Pale Pink When I

I am finding that I have pale pink when I wipe after urination or what seems to be a dirt looking flecks. I am experiencing dizziness after I urinate as well as periodically throughout the day and my legs are often swelling. My right side is very sore with periodic sharp pains. I have been to the hospital twice and they did a ct scan of my kidneys. What else could this be if they did not find anything significant with the kidneys for stones or blockages and there is no sign of infection? My red blood cell count came back low only
