I Am Finishing Macrobin For A UTI. I Am Experiencing

I am finishing macrobin for a UTI. I am experiencing labor like mild contractions in my lower half of stomach. Almost like Braxton hicks cramps. I do not have diarrhea but I have gone to the bathroom. Not sure why I'm having the pain now. The past 4 months by the way, my periods have been excruciating and passing a lot of small clots. I have active R.A. and on otezla for it. Any ideas of what's going on? Thank you!
