I Am Flat Footed And Wear Orthotics Which Have Helped

I am flat footed and wear orthotics which have helped me for several years. Recently I have reoccurring arch pain that radiates anteriorly up my inner ankle. No swelling, redness or swelling. It is hard for me to ambulate about even while wearing my regular orthotics. These are not the plantar fasciitis symptoms that I have had before. Nothing seems to relieve the pain - ice, elevation, rest. What to do?
