I Am Four Days Late. I Took Two Pregnancy Tests

I am four days late. I took two pregnancy tests which were both negative. My periods work like clockwork. I have a six month old also. I have come out in spots on my back which i never ever do. My periods returned to normal pretty much right after my 6 month old arrived. Could i be pregnant or am i being paranoid
