I Am From South Africa And Currently In Rwanda, Over

I am from South Africa and currently in Rwanda, over here the have matches made from wax. I used one as a toothpick and afterwards not thinking straight I swallowed the thing. It then got stuck in my throat, which made it difficult to breathe. To try and get it out I stood on my hea. And gave a big cough I could feel the thing moving up in my nostrils, now it is stuck there and giving me a lot of trouble breathing and the irritation makes me puke the whole time, how the hell do I get this thing out?
