I Am From India I Exposure The Girl More Than

I am from india I exposure the girl more than 10 times without condom at lastly 2015 Feb 19th.she had hiv at the time and I know the matter at27th Feb. I tested several times nearly 47times and I tested 14th June Elisa tests shows all negative but after I tested every month 3 times with tridot I am a gymer and doing regularly .now I got some problems in my stomach gastric and loose stool discharge twice a day. I feel that is dew to this .pls help me to give me advice y the every tests shown negative. If iam safe
