I Am Geting Over Phnemona. Missed Period By One Month.

I am geting over phnemona. Missed period by one month. But had a tubal seven years ago. And also, my bowels were locked until I took a laxative last night. The bowels still aren't emptying.
I am tired of being sick. Still have a lot of plegm that is thick and white stick in my chest that hurts to bring up. I have no insurance. Can not go to the doctor. What can I do to feel all over better again? To heal the chest, stomack, bowels, and have more energy? Can you help with any of this?
