I Am Getting 50% VA Disability For Chronic PTSD And

I am getting 50% VA disability for Chronic PTSD and since retiring out of the military in 2005, I have suffered two tia strokes and a massive heart attack from 100% LAD block that was stented. I have one third of my heart muscle gone and am wanting a letter connecting the Heart attack from the PTSD. Can you help me with this? Is there a way this can be directed to DR Timothy Moser who is a military US Army Captain?
