I Am Getting A Multitude Of What I Think Are

I am getting a multitude of what I think are bug bites but the funny thing is I do not feel them bite me...I only have the after effect..itching, oozing, last for days..they do not look like a mosquito bite AND my husband who is in the garden ALL the time is not being bit...we were wondering if it could be some kind of rash or parasite???
