I Am Getting A Very Sharp Pain That Stops Quickly,

I am getting a very sharp pain that stops quickly, in my upper right abdomen....under my ribcage.
these pains have started today and recently been about 20 minutes apart.
An ultrasound a month ago did not show gallstones but I do have a polyp on my gall bladder.
