I Am Getting An MRI Tomorrow And Am Worried. I

I am getting an MRI tomorrow and am worried. I have double vision "binocular dyplopia" i think. I am getting sporadic headaches (they come and go), and I also get a sporadic ear ache. I have no nausea, or dizziness. Should I be overly concerned about having a brain tumor?
