I Am Getting An Occasional Pain In My Lower Left

I am getting an occasional pain in my lower left side, I had a pap in march and they came with results of hpv 16 and 18. she told me it would go away usually, not what I have read. I had cervical cancer in 1980 and never had anything come back positive. your help would be appreciated.
