I Am Getting Heart Palpatations Mostly At Night When In

I am getting heart palpatations mostly at night when in bed but during the day i am getting chest pains which is like sharp needle type pains in my chest area and they last for a minute or two and then go away. i have had an ECG but nothing shows up. the doctor also did blood tests but no sign of any problem.
