I Am Getting My Period Twice In Every Month Last

I am getting my period twice in every month last period i had during the month of July i.e on 27th and again I got it on 14th August....and again on yesterday i.e 24th August.

Today i went to hospital for check she has given prescription - Primolut & to have Azithral

Even had asked to do blood test - Thyroid test & Ultra sound Abdomen

Please help.
