I Am Getting Over A Cold But Still Coughing. I

I am getting over a cold but still coughing. I have been unable to breathe in deeply without discomfort or pain. It is at the bottom of my throat and top of esphogas. Feels like a stretch of muscles limiting the deep breath or constricting of the airway stopping the deep breath.
