I Am Getting Pain Throughout My Entire Body Accompanied With

I am getting pain throughout my entire body accompanied with weakness it comes on suddenly as I feel like I can feel my blood going from my head tomatoes and there is a slight burn with it until it reaches my toes what could be causing it. I am 28 years old I exercise regularly my only health conditions are Crohn's disease, have practice thyroid, and patellofemoral compression syndrome. I am having constant pain in muscles and joints although notmuch visible signs of swelling or inflammation
