I Am Getting Redness In My Forearms Late In The

I am getting redness in my forearms late in the day ( 4-6 pm) after being on my feet most of the day. I juts recently got over a bout of shingles for the first time. My forearms redness in spots along with a burning sensation similar to sun burn. Since I sat down 1/2 hour ago the redness is not as noticeable but the burning sensation is still there. it would be a 2-3 as to pain level. The sensation to scratch it is avoided.
