I Am Getting "white Outs" In My Vision Where I

I am getting "white outs" in my vision where I can't see anything on my right hand side; it effects both eyes and is like a sparkly white arc on the right for both eyes. It come for about 15 minutes then goes away for weeks and months. I've had it for several years.
