I Am Going On A Long Flight To America And

I am going on a long flight to America and have just got a prescription from my doctor for 2 only temazipan because I am feeling very anxious about the 9 hour flight. The doctor gave me 2 x 10 mg. with all the instructions to only take them just before I board the plane as they make you very drouzy. My daughters the same she gets very bad anxiety and her doctor gave her a very low dosage of 2 mg and she was very concerned of the 10 mg that I would be taking saying it would knock you out completely. I am on blood pressure tablets valsarten 160/25mg. No way am I questioning the doctors prescription but it's just worried me a bit.
