I Am Going On Holiday In November And My Period

I am going on holiday in November and my period is due on the 2nd day of the holiday. My husband and I are also trying to conceive and so (with a full week away together on holiday) I don't want to take norethisterone while on holiday as I know this is not a good idea when pregnant or trying to conceive.
My question is if I delay my October period (due in 4 days) will this have a knock on effect to my November period? Will this come on the 12th as it would or will this be pushed back by a week too?
