I Am Going Through Chemo For Colon Cancer, Stage 3.

I am going through chemo for colon cancer, stage 3. I have had two surgeries, one removing part of the bowel, sniping the bladder, vagina ovary, fallopian as well as 1 lymph node had cancer. They removed more than the 1 lymph node. I then had chemo, drip as well as pills for 8 sessions. 7 months after finishing I had another quite large tumor which was removed this last January and found to be a part of the colon cancer. I am know going through a large "something" in the tube from my kidney to the bladder. I will be seeing the eurologist this coming week to find out what the next step is. I am wanting to find the best foods to eat in helping my body to fight the cancer as well as chemo. I want to do everything I can to beat this and wanted to reach out for more information. Foods to eat that will help fight this disease.
Any information I can receive on how to fight this I would truly appreciate. I am 70 years old, continue to work full time and am willing to undergo whatever treatment is needed to help fight this battle.
