I Am Going Through Menopause And I Noticed A Clear

I am going through menopause and I noticed a clear discharge from my clitoris. I dipped my urine at work and it was negative. I bought Monistat and used it for 7 days then no discharge for about 5 days and today I am bleeding bright red from clitoris and it is sore. Had sex Saturday today is Wednesday. I have also started taking a probiotic daily. Should I be concerned?
