I Am Going Through Menopause, And After No Cycle For

I am going through menopause, and after no cycle for 2 months, I suddenly am having one with an extremely heavy flow. I am feeling weak and want to sleep, but can't for more than 2 hours at a time due to the heaviness of the flow. I am at a loss as to what to do?
