I Am Going Through Radiation For Breast Cancer Currently. I

I am going through radiation for breast cancer currently. I started Arimidex 3 weeks prior with mostly just joint and bone pain. However, my throat and mouth have become extremely sore and swollen; including my vocal cords. Is this due to the Arimidex? My radiation oncologist said it is NOT the radiation.
