I Am Going Through Withdrawels From Xanax. My 4th Day.

I am going through withdrawels from Xanax. My 4th day. Had a Panic attack, 3 days ago my husband called the resque because I couldn't breath. It is Memoial Weekend so no Dr. and I wouldn't go to the Hospital. I knew what was going on and my step daughter helped me breath through it. I am afraid when I go to my Dr. next week he will not give me any thing. He will cut me off as his patient. I have been on Xanax for Many years. I don't now what I am asking, just needed to talk I guess.
