I Am Going To Be On A Longer Stay Away

I am going to be on a longer stay away from civilization (pharmacies ect.). Putting together a first aid kit incl. some possibly needed drugs I found that anti-biotic's are all subscription. I live near the Mexican boarder but do not want some joke or placebo. What do you suggest? I have allergy against Novalgin (Analgin) and also hay fever.
