I Am Going To Have Oral Surgery, And My Oral

I am going to have oral surgery, and my oral surgeon has prescribed clindamycin (300mg/3times) to start one day before the operation and then 7 days from there. I accidentally started two days ahead, so that leaves me one day short after the operation. Do you see this as a problem? Also, I have about 2 days amox-clav 875/125 mg from a previous operation that doesn't expire til 10/20/17, and was wondering if i could take this at the end to make up for it. Yes I have talked to my oral surgeon, but was wondering what your opinion was.
