I Am Have All 20 Of My Teeth Remove And

I am have all 20 of my teeth remove and an all on 6 done I. 8 weeks! My front two teeth will not make it ! They bonded for impression but not holding :( do I pull them and use a flipper for 8 weeks? Seems sill but is there anther choice there is no. One hold the front teeth so do those teeth have roots that will have to be dug out?
