I Am Have Been Sick With Intestinal Virus For 48

I am have been sick with intestinal virus for 48 hours no fever, cramping, diarrhea, fatigue. Finally getting some relief except for very very painful upper flank pain in the center of my back radiates around to my upper right side. No problems with urination, no blood or cloudy urine. I already had my gallbladder out last year but it feels like a stab in the center of my upper back when I breath in and straighten up pain is worse. Heating pad gives relief. Is it just the flu working itself out?
