I Am Have Orthotics For About Year And Have Helped

I am have orthotics for about year and have helped with my heal spurs but in the last few days I have developed pain in my right foot arch not sure what is causing it. My sneakers are only 2 months old and have had no problem before in that area of my feet however I am flat footed.
