I Am Have Welts On My Arms And Legs About

I am have welts on my arms and legs about the size of a nickle that can swell to a quarter or more. Most time it can be on one side and that clears up and a couple of days they come up on the other side. Biopsies have been taken, bed begs and fleas have been ruled out but will take 3 weeks for path to come back. I'm very nervous, have a husband w/cancer and trying to keep a job, short on money so stress level HIGH. Can you help?
