I Am Havg Pain In My Testicle While I Walk

I am havg pain in my testicle while I walk and also on lower abdominal from couple of days. I feel better while I am sitting or laid down. Hv taken pantacid and it helped for a day or so but again I am feeling the same. I can feel the gas being stuck and also feel the pressure in the rectum. Feel relieved post passing the gas. Pls suggest.
