I Am Having DVT Problem In My Legs Since 2005

I am having DVT problem in my legs since 2005 and due to which i had to suffer Pulmonary Hypertension in the year 2013 and was cured by injecting Heparin Injections. Now,I am suffering from this problem and 3 months ago, my INR increased to 5.4 and i had bleeding from mouth and nose and was admitted to hospital for plasma. Kindly advice me to contact which Doctor at CMC Vellore for future advice. I am now regularly taking Acetrom Tablet and checking INR.
