I Am Having LOTS Of Pain With Restless Leg Syndrome

I am having LOTS of pain with restless leg syndrome and have currently been prescribed 1 in the am, 1 at noon and 3 at night. I also take percoset every 6 hours for chronic pain syndrome and was wondering if it would be okay for me to take an additional gabapentin and/or percoset as I cannot sleep for the intense pain.
