I Am Having PVD Type Of Pain & Tingling In

I am having PVD type of pain & tingling in my lower,(below the knee), L. leg & foot...
Is there any otc meds/aspirins that I can take that will not cause further damage to the nerves in my leg & foot until I am able to get in & have it looked at ???
