I Am Having A Brain MRI (with & Without Contrast)

I am having a brain MRI (with & without contrast) tomorrow morning and a radiofrequency ablation in the afternoon (spine). I am VERY claustrophobic, so I am scared about the MRI. I am very scared about the pain of the ablation, because I will be awake. I have ativan, valium, and xanex (all prescribed). Since I am a wreck, which of those drugs would help me relax better?
