I Am Having A Buzzing Or Vibrating Feeling As Well

I am having a buzzing or vibrating feeling as well in the center area of my chest. I am on Atenelol for high blood pressure I only take half of a 25mg a day so my blood pressure has been fine. On occasion my pulse will get up to 100. I don't feel any pain but this buzzing feeling makes me feel anxious. I do have a Dr. Appointment next Thursday what should I ask for them to check?
