I am having a creamy white lotion discharge that itches. My gyn put it under the microscope and did a wet mount and said she found bacteria infected cells. She gave me metrodizale but that didn't help. So I went back and they did wet mounts and can't find anything. I have started experiencing brown discharge during my period and pink discharge at the end of my period. I have back pain, side pain, and pain in the stomach. I am ordering some raps clamydia and gonorrhea test. I was tested for stds but all came back negative. But whatever my gyn found in the wet mount with the bacteria has not gone away. My symptoms have worsened and I even fear thei sudden pain in my back, side and stomach has moved to my reproductive organs. What vaginal infection causes a lotion like discharge that has an extreme internal itchy that was sought as bacterial infected cells under the microscope?
