I am having a disagreement with someone.He is telling me that every person that is born, is born with an unruptured Brain Aneurysm? I say it is more like, An estimated 6 million people in the United States have an unruptured brain aneurysm or 1 in 50 people.Can you please tell me who is right or who is wrong.Or if we are both wrong.Thank you very much!
