I Am Having A Extremely Bad Pain On The Muscles

I am having a extremely bad pain on the muscles from my shoulder blade to my neck and my bicep and triceps. I have had the pain on and off for 2 years. However this time it is not going away, in fact its just getting worse in going into more areas. Its now went completely down my right arm and I have pins and needles down my right arm continuously a d half of my right hand, arm and fingers are numb. My fingers and half my hand is turning purple. I have been using creams and heat and ice. Should I see someone and how bad could it be that I need to see someone or if I can let it go?
