I Am Having A Fever (38.7) With Body Pain Coughing

I am having a fever (38.7) with body pain coughing sneezing running nose less body strength loose motion. Doc gav a test to do after 3 days of medicine. After the test i went to the doc and showed the reports. Doc said report says normal for now i am having a viral fever and i have to do the test again after 3 days. Doc never mation anything about the urine test. In the urine test theres something call Urine albumin. And the result say 1+. Is it bad???
I did had my medicine 2 hours before doing the test. And i have been continuesly using the medicine the doc gave me from the first day.
14th november 2015 i went to doc
15th november 2015 i went back to doc because loose motion started and doc gav me to do the test. And on the same day i did the test around 16:00. I took the results on the same day 23:00
