I Am Having A Flareup After 4 Years Of Relative

I am having a flareup after 4 years of relative comfort and am frustrated. I have moved and do not want to start doctor searches. My stomach is hot, have abnormal soft bm's with a lot of gas in my stomach and bowels. Will this situation cause another ulcer? What can I safely use to put out the fire. I take Dexilant daily. I am established with a primary care physician.
