I Am Having A Horrible Period .. Which Started Out

I am having a horrible period .. Which started out with big clots ..stopped.. Started again .. So heavy wasn't able to function .. Felt nauseous ... It has been 4 weeks since the start and I am still light spotting .. Nauseated .. Legs and ankles swollen .. Headache and mild fever .. Can't get in to doctor until September .. Should I go to immedicare or ride it out .. Help !!! Worst ever
