I Am Having A Huge Problem With Urinating Blood,extreme Abdominal

I am having a huge problem with urinating blood,extreme abdominal and lower back pain, a reoccurring fever, dizziness and nausea. Is it possible I am suffering from a kidney stone? Should i seek medical attention? I've had these symptoms for 3 days and am completely miserable.
