I Am Having A Less Amount Of Blood In My

I am having a less amount of blood in my stool which is bright red in colour fr 1day n if go fr toilet on othr day it is appearing initially but by the end stools r free if I skip fr a day n move 2othr day agn I can find blood in stools ,I even live in very hot climate which is of about42'c can u plzz giv me the exact reason
