I Am Having A Lot Of Coughing And Some Drainage,

I am having a lot of coughing and some drainage, coughing is constant. I have asthma and thought maybe that is what is causing this this is the 5th day I am taking all my asthma medicine I am taking pulmicort flexhaler,proventil,allgera,and I am taking zrtec since this has flared up I uasally just take allegra 1 a day musinex dm,singular I looked at my throat and there is a small white spot on my tonsil I don't have a sore throat or fever, I don't really feel sick just tired would like to know what the white spot is?
