I Am Having A Lot Of Pain And Swelling In

I am having a lot of pain and swelling in my rectum. It also burns very badly in my prostate area when I urinate. I was having a problem with constipation and think I may have tore my anus or rectum pushing too hard. What could be the problem? It feels like there is pressure when I urinate.
