I Am Having A Pain In My Arm For The

I am having a pain in my arm for the past 1 month n dont know how to describe the pain which is all in left side from abdomen, head, chest n arm. Chest xray, blood test, ecg all done n all ok. What is the cause may be which dont seem to go away. At night I feel alright with no pain. Tks.
